Zoom Rooms Video Conference Solutions

Zoom Rooms is a software-based (Soft Codec) room system that provides an integrated experience for audio conferencing, wireless screen sharing and video conferencing.  Zoom Rooms can be used for room only attendees or remote attendees joining from another room, from their desktop, or from their mobile device.

A Soft Codec is a software application that allows PC, Phones and other Smart devices to communicate via video and/or audio across the internet. This allows video/audio communication across the world. Presentation sharing, recording and multiple party conferences is possible with these software applications.

To use a soft codec software application, all you essentially need is a PC and internet connectivity. This is ideal for a one on one conference, but not ideal for a boardroom or huddle room.

We provide numerous AV equipment to provide for larger areas and audience in a soft codec software application conference. A typical soft codec conference system will consist of Microphone, Speaker, USB Camera, LED Flat Panel Display and control interface.
